I was born and raised in Richmond, Texas. I have built a successful career in real estate since 2004. For over 18 years I have been a full-time real estate agent. I was homeschooled by my parents and also helped my dad with his lawn and landscape business. I learned that hard work pays off. I am a cancer survivor, and that has taught me to live life to the fullest. I base my career on integrity, honesty, and hard work in every detail of every one of my transactions. I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers and buyers in both residential and commercial markets. My strong base of loyal repeat customers is the reason I have been so successful in this incredibly competitive sales environment.
I have helped my clients buy or sell over 400 real estate transactions that range from residential, commercial, lots, leases and multifamily as well as condos, townhomes, and farm and ranch with the biggest real estate transaction being $2.2 million. I have also personally bought and sold properties, and I currently own rental properties.
My mottos are “Don’t just give 100%, but give 110% if that’s what is takes” and “hard work pays off” and “get the job done right the first time”. I get the work completed the right way, and I put my clients’ interests first.
In my early career I worked as a buyer’s agent for an REO Listing broker. My experience with foreclosures and HUD homes is immense as I sold up to 40 REO (Foreclosure) properties a year. I received several top producing awards and multiple awards for “top agent in the office” for sales. I later opened and co-owned my own brokerage company where I managed short sales and then moved to the regular real estate market while expanding my experience to all types of real estate sales.
I joined Texas United Realty (TUR) in 2006, and that has been the best decision of my life. After joining TUR, I continued to excel in my real estate career as well as adding commercial sales to my every growing list of experiences. In 2019 I received the Million Dollar Producer award from TUR. Later I joined their team of mentors and became a part of the training staff.
I like to be innovative in my real estate dealings. I was one of the first agents to start using drone photography. I love that my passion for modernization in marketing also helps my clients with selling their property. I am always striving to be the best in the industry in technology and marketing.
I like to give my time back to the community. I served as a volunteer junior high basketball coach for a local home school basketball team for four years. I currently coach in a local CrossFit gym as a certified trainer.
In my spare time, I enjoy working out and also love all sports on the planet with my favorite being volleyball. I have participated in several local CrossFit competitions as well as 3 half marathons and several obstacle course trail runs all over the United States.
